A TOOL TOWARDS THE UNVARNISHED SELF.

"I used to live in a room full of mirrors; all I could see was me. I take my spirit and I crash my mirrors, now the whole world is here for me to see." - Jimi Hendrix
Self express and do it often; the natural outlet for feelings and emotions. Laugh. Cry. Yell. Sing. Dance or even better WRITE.
Self
expression opens the eyes to the most inner Truths/Beliefs, especially
those suppressed. This tool was created for you to express your most
inner wisdom enabling you to answer and better understand your personal
life questions. To ask and dig out what has been ignored and buried.
If life sucks, most likely.. (I love you) you suck. What we think we believe, what we believe we create.
Even
though these exercises are great to understand strong and positive
cycles, they are even better to understand imbalances within, goal being
to heal, improve, grow, and find continuing balance.
The art of manifestation/creation. The infinity circulation(cycle):
MENTAL → EMOTION → PHYSICAL ←
MENTAL → EMOTION → PHYSICAL ←
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT?
Beliefs. Everything is rooted to how we believe. We create only what we believe.
Realities are nothing but beliefs created into matter. No two realities
are the same, because no two people have the same belief system. We all
have and need different beliefs to function in balance and harmony each other.
Beliefs are made up of personal strengths and weaknesses, neither being
good or bad. The following will reveal many personal beliefs. Your work
is to figure out if they are beliefs you wish to continue allowing, as what you
allow will be.
HOW TO USE THIS TOOL:
There are three parts. In each part there will be a series of questions/statements to ask and/or reflect with Self in time of quite and placid feeling. Read the question/statement. Allow mind to begin thinking. Take a deep breath, release. Read the affirmation that follows and profound its thought and/or meditate on its significance to your personal beliefs. Take three deep breathes, or as many needed, and allow Self to be in full relaxation to begin writing.
Part 1
ANALYZING DREAMS
Mental ▪ Emotional ▪ Physical
We
start with dreams as they are the personal messengers of our soul,
presented with exaggerated scenes to clearly understand where we stand at with
life. We all dream, but if it is difficult to remember, begin by keeping a
journal next to your bed, training subconscious the intention of remembering.
Intention goes a long ways.
PHYSICAL
Even though impalpable, dreams are accepted as reality. They reveal personal desires as well as fears.
Describe a significant or repeating dream in detail using all senses to describe.
“ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.”
(Affirmation)
(Affirmation)
EMOTIONAL
The way we feel in dreams are strong indicators of how we view ourselves and the world. Focus and relive the prior dream and describe how this event, person, or situation made you feel and why?
“HEART TEACHES MY INNER TRUTH."
(Affirmation)
(Affirmation)
MENTAL
Emotions felt in the dream state are beliefs accepted as reality. They
warn of realities to manifest to the outer world before doing so. Examine the emotions
expressed in the prior section and notice the verbs/actions in that dream. Now transfer those emotions to your beliefs about life. For
instance, "I was chased ..., I ran away from ...., I felt stuck ...."
Lets examine: "I was being chased so I ran away from...."
If you are being chased, what actions in your life reflect the same energy.
Is there a situation haunting you which you prefer to avoid ("I was being chased")? If reoccurring, could the "fear" in the action of running away ("I ran away") hint you in trying something different such as embracing the presence and its possible lesson(s)? Maybe it warns of a situation you must get away from? Using the context of the dream will give you better clarity.
Reliving to understand the emotions of the prior dream, what belief, logic, idea have you accepted as Truth?

Part 2
ANALYZING BODY LANGUAGE
Mental ▪ Emotional ▪ Physical
The
body is a creation machine. It gives off many valuable signs of what
goes on within. For every emotion there is a body chemical reaction. Even
though it would be easier to blame physical health problems on genes or
stress at work, taking the full responsibility of our actions will free
us opening doors to better ways of handling our situation. What does
your body say about you?
PHYSICAL
Lovingly and unconditionally examine your body... what body imbalances, symptoms, aches, rashes, inflammations, etc., do you notice reoccurring.
“HOW I SEE SELF, I SEE WORLD.”
EMOTION
When we notice how we feel about body blockages we have a better understanding as to how we feel about ourselves and the world. How does this physical inconvenience make you and/or your body feel?
“I (AM) OPEN TO HEART'S WISDOM.”
MENTAL
Examine
the emotions expressed in the prior question and notice the verbs used.
For instance. I hate ..., I gain ...., It hurts ...., and so on. Now
transfer those emotions to your beliefs about life. Taking "gain" for
example. "I keep gaining weight and can't keep it off."
Lets examine:
If
your body is gaining weight, what actions in your life reflect the same
energy? Do you overload your daily schedule but keep adding more ("I
keep gaining weight")? Do you feel a sense of addiction to accomplishing
more than able ("I can't keep it off")?
After mentally reviewing your emotions, express what Beliefs you hold blocking your healthy perspective.
“I AM WHAT I THINK.”

Part 3
ANALYZING OUTER WORLD
Mental ▪ Emotional ▪ Physical
Its
seems logical to think circumstances happen to us instead of believing we are full contributing coordinators. Its easy to feel as if the world
has done us wrong instead of accepting we allowed the situation with
full invitation. Each personal world is different. Each world is a blessing, neither good or bad.
They are the most obvious signals to our most inner beliefs about ourselves.
If we hate something about the world out there, most likely you are
hating something within attracting such situations.
PHYSICAL
There
always tends to be a reoccurring situation or type of personality
reappearing in our lives making life a little bit more fun and challenging. (If not contact
me because I would love to meet you.) Taking a minute to reflect...
what circumstance, people (personality trait), or action seem to
reintroduce themselves on a regular basis?
EX: Can be as big as having ongoing disagreements with authorities to something as smalls as loosing objects such as keys, glasses, wallets, etc.
EX: Can be as big as having ongoing disagreements with authorities to something as smalls as loosing objects such as keys, glasses, wallets, etc.
"WHAT I SEE OUT, I SEE IN."
EMOTION
How we feel about a situation, other people, or any event that happen in our reality gives us a clear understanding of how we feel about ourselves. Describe in detail the feelings you have about the reflected and reoccurring circumstance, people, or action.
"I CREATE WHAT I FEEL."
MENTAL
The
manifested reality we have created and can now see and sense, are
answers to what we truly believe inside. If we believe and repeat, "I
don't ever have any money. I am broke." We vibrate those emotions
causing ourselves to attract more of the same situation. Acknowledging
our situation as is but knowing it is improving heightens the vibration
to attract a better situation than the past experiences.
After mentally reflecting on emotions of a circumstance, people, or action describe in detail what Truths are creating your reality.
"I THINK ABOUT MYSELF LIKE I THINK ABOUT THE WORLD."
Thank
you so much for taking the time to do this activity. I am certain your soul, especially, is grateful for the time you have taken to sit, focus, listen,
and realign.
