inspireMe #5: Change (Transforming Solar Eclipse/New Moon)

I believe, to get to the deepest level of the Unvarnished Self, one must dabble into the arts of the spirit realm. After all, we are spirits in a human flesh experience. 

So, I share with you two of my favorite: astrology and the tarot cards.

I share my experience with these two energies as they strongly speak to me at this particular phase of my life where I discover deeper and unvarnished Truths about who I am inspiring me to other creative paths. I hope they inspire you, as well.

The tarot deck holds a card known as the "Wheel of Fortune". An exciting but mysterious card. It denotes uncontrollable change for the highest good. Change we cannot interfere with. Change that is best left to the gods as we cruise in the backseat. I have been receiving this card over and over in many forms, especially in this eclipse season. I am sure I am not alone to say, recently, there has been MANY, if not, A LOT of changes in our lives. There is an evolution of consciousness taking place before our eyes making it one of the most exciting times to live.


So, these intense changes... How are we dealing with them?
This is where the Scorpio Sun Eclipse comes to the rescue. Scorpio energy is all about TRUTH. It is the strongest zodiac sign to willingly and freely dive into the deepest roots of oneself and find what truly resonates within. Bluntly speaking, its one of the darkest energies, but most needed as it invites us to open dark closets better understanding our shadows. When shadows come to light we come to enlightenment. When we reach enlightenment and clarity, we find purpose and happiness.

Consciously or unconsciously this Scorpio Sun Eclipse will inspire many to find beauty in these changes while we learn how to attract what we truly desire. A New Moon, symbolic for new beginnings, shares the sky with this Eclipse. Thinking negative during this time can cause us pretty damaging expenses.. as in, what we think now we will manifest.  As old energies begin to dissolve, new beginnings begin to be built. Use this time very wisely. Sit with Self and ponder on your most Unvarnished Truth. This is our quest, to seek what we truly desire and accept the process of going forth to retrieve just that.

"Who am I?" 
Not our job title or the role at home.. but what defines "Me"?

"What do I believe?" 
Are our beliefs founded on traditions, society culture, opinions, etc? Have we found a belief system that works for us?

"What do I want to build?"
Erasing obstacles and challenges in our minds, what do we truly desire so to feel complete?

Do my surroundings reflect my truest desires?
What circumstances, attitudes, people have we allowed in our life? Do they support our dream, our Truth?

Change is needed. Change is growth. Change is love. What we can do about the outside forces is limited, BUT we can control how we react. Here's the trick to the game: If we can remain right in the smack middle of the wheel at every moment of change, as an old medicine man put it, "Not too much God, not too much selfish." we will make it without a sweat. Change will work for us. Change will bring us luck. Most of all, change will bring us Love, our deepest desire.

Learn to find peace. Take time with Self to sit, align, balance, recharge and ... love.
